Honey and ginger play well together and bring a gentle, spicy heat which balances perfectly with the moderate, natural acidity of our White Balsamic Vinegar. Our Honey Ginger White Balsamic makes half the line up in one of our best selling pairings, "Tiger's Blood" (we came up with that term way before Charlie Sheen, by the way.....) For the recipe, combine 1 part Dove Honey Ginger White Balsamic with 1 part Dove Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil; if desired, add a little dijon mustard to emulsify EVOO and Balsamic. Use as a marinade for chicken and duck, as a dressing on dark leafy greens, in stir-frys, or as a dipping sauce for spring rolls and lettuce wraps.
