Pancakes with Natural Butter EVOO
3 cups all-purose flour
7 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons Dove Natural Butter EVOO (plus additional for oiling pan)
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar; stir. Add the eggs, milk, and Dove Natural Butter EVOO and mix until smooth.
Lightly oil a pan or griddle with Dove Natural Butter EVOO over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle or pan, using approximately 1/4 cup to each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
