Since it’s a September Featured Flavor, we are giving you another great dish that uses our Cinnamon Pear Balsamic!
- 5 Gala Apples, peeled & diced
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dove Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic
- 6 Egg Roll Wrappers
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the egg roll wrappers.
Cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Set aside and cool.
Assemble the rolls by laying a egg roll wrapper flat. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center of the wrapper, and roll up. Seal the edges by brushing them with water.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or fry.
Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar Mixture.
Serve warm with Ice Cream.
