Cilantro and Roasted Onion Chicken Alfredo Pizza! This one is more of a made from “scratch” recipe if you will, but you can always buy pre-made Alfredo as well as a pre-made pizza crust to save yourself some time in the kitchen!
- Dove Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil (drizzle in pan for chicken as well as on pizza pan)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- garlic cloves
For one pizza this is how I cooked it. But I know that I am more of a it looks right cooker as opposed to a measure and cook it kind of cook.
I used 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut up into small cubes as well as a garlic clove. Then drizzled a pan with Dove Cilantro Roasted Onion Olive Oil, heated till hot then tossed in my chicken and cooked it until golden brown.
After it was cooked I made a rue with flour to make the “Alfredo” sauce, added milk about 2 cups and then let it simmer while I made the pizza crust.
I used a store bought pizza crust mix and made it that way, and used a little bit of Dove Cilantro Roasted Onion Olive Oil to grease the pan as well as implemented it into the dough.
Assemble the pizza on the partially cooked crust starting with your Alfredo and chicken as the sauce. Then add cheese to the top and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It was a perfect meal that was much cheaper than dining out!
