PORK LOIN WITH FIG BALSAMIC VINEGAR:
- 1 Teaspoon Herbs De Provence
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Tyme
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Dove Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water or Chicken Broth
Place all ingredients in a roaster pan and place in a heated 425 degree oven for about 35 minutes or until pork is done.
