Blackberry Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 pound Butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dove Almond Oil
- 1/2 cup Milk
Mix together Flour, Sugar and Baking Powder. Add melted Butter and Almond Oil and mix. Slowly add in milk, a couple tablespoons at a time, and mix until the consistency of sugar cookie dough is reached.
- 4 cups Peaches
- 4 pints Blackberries
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Dove Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and toss until well incorporated. Place in several buttered ramekins or in a buttered pie pan.
Spread topping over cobbler fruit. Bake at 250° until the topping is golden brown and crispy (approx 1 hour). Serve immediately with Vanilla Ice Cream.
